Looking for a unique experience that improves mental health & is a blast? Goat Yoga events are sure to be remembered and talked about for years to come.  

We love to have opportunities to work with our animals as animals have long been shown to increase oxytocin levels, increase dopamine levels, decrease cortisol levels (the “stress hormone”), decrease blood pressure, and improve PTSD/depression/anxiety treatment regimens.

The best part of goat yoga is its just plain FUN! I think that is why everyone loves goats cause they just wanna have fun and they bring that out in us.

In my yoga retreats I use this as an ice breaker so we can let go of any expectations or nervousness and just have fun as we begin an amazing weekend!

You can’t help but find yourself laughing along with total strangers. As you attempt a yoga pose for the first time, or the 100th, and finding yourself sharing your mat with your new goat friends.  

It doesn’t matter if you’ve never done yoga. What matters is that you come prepared for a unique and joyful experience.

Even if you are not sure if you want to jump in you can always watch from the sidelines ...the joy is contagious and you will feel it anyway!
