What Is The Down Payment?

  • Clients pay 50% upon booking, and must be 100% paid 4 months prior to the event. All payments are non refundable.

Can I Use My Own Caterer:

  •  We are open to using caterer of your choice 

May I Use Real Candles:

  • No real candles aloud only electronic candles and lanterns

Are There bugs on the property?

  • As we are in Alberta there are mosquitos and the normal bugs. We do our best to maintain them with various methods.

  • Bug spray and sun screen are recommended

Can I Hang decorations?

  • While Décor is up to the client, the client is not permitted to nail or screw any surfaces and no taping on the bubble. As well as no decorating within the animals reach for there own 

    safety but we do supply some shepherd hooks to hang things from.

Do I Need PAL Insurance?

  • Yes, you will Need PAL insurance and name Country Garden Events under the policy. As well as a liquor License.

Is Smoking Allowed

  • NO smoking is prohibited on the property

Should I Be Concerned Over Strong Odours?

  • We have animals on the property, however we have had many dinners out at the acreage and no complaints over strong odours.Let guests know that people with strong sensitivities may want bring any necessary allergy medication.
